The power of genuinely understanding what clients actually want and being the solution to their problem with a smile and a plan.

As beagl's go-to organiser and team wrangler, Emma leads with heart and plenty of common sense, always there to guide new team members, keep the vibe positive, and make sure everyone feels supported and ready to bring their A-game.

Married into a real estate family, she was destined to live and breathe the industry, even at home, where she’s now managing a tiny team of expert negotiators (aka toddlers) who keep her on her toes and her negotiation game sharp.

She’s been part of the beagl story since the early days, and watching it grow has been one of the most rewarding seasons of her career. For Emma, working with good humans, making genuine connections, and having a laugh along the way is what it’s all about.
