What would you say to somebody who's sitting in Victoria looking at all the numbers for the Pilburris? What would you say to somebody like that if they were like then, you know, don't invest in the Pilra. It's too risky. With all the diversification that's coming on, the market is much stronger now than has ever been before. But we're not getting to those ridiculous prices. It's steady as she goes with good rent. We haven't reached that peak back there in 2012. And it's so good that we don't
reach that peak. We want a consistent market for the long term. And I think we're in a very good position.
