If you buy the house that we see problems with, you've got the problem. So, while you may be swept off your feet by the beautiful kitchen or the outdoor pool, we're looking at it from a different angle. Does it need to be revamped in 2 years time? Is it usable now? Is the pool compliant? Are the gates compliant as far as the council is concerned? These are the things that we're always looking for. The house may not be in the intake area for that school. Some buyers may be turned off by
an older style home, but we may see good bones. We may see that the home is in the perfect location and the opportunity to buy the property under budget.
