There's a major structural defect in my building and pest report. What does that mean? Okay, basically what that means is the seller is responsible for rectifying that before the sale can go through. Should I freak out? People do freak out, but the thing to remember is sometimes even though it's a major structural defect, it may be relatively easy to fix. Not always super expensive. Ask your bill inspector to to explain it a bit more clearly. Yeah. H but in a lot
of cases it can be fixed quite quickly.
