I'm a buyer going through settlement. What are orders and requisitions? They are a set set of questions that the council will answer. Buyers pay a fee to obtain this information from council. Looking into the property going, is the property on notice? Has it been issued with a rectification notice, a requisition to fix anything for something unapproved? What we're looking for is that it's ticking off. Everything's fine. There's no issues. Worst I've ever seen is a garage
converted to a bathroom and living area, which then left the person with nowhere to park and the whole thing had to be converted back. The whole deal fell over because it was not part of the house anymore. Well, it was unfixable. There was there was no solution.
