When you're a buyer, you're looking to make probably one of the biggest financial decisions of your life and you're doing it solo. It really just doesn't make sense. The benefit with using a buyer's agent is that we have already built the relationship with the real estate agents. There's a misconception I think out there that buyers agents are only for the wealthy. We actually work quite frequently with first time buyers. They are often the ones where
the competition in the market is fiercest. When you're employing someone from beagl, you're employing the team. We are all working together on your deal. That means you're not just getting me, you're getting a full team support. Our success is our team success, our team success is our success. We say that all the time. Easily the biggest mistake buyers are making is not being represented by buyers agent.
