In an extreme case, just because you are pre-approved doesn't mean you're going to buy a property. Yeah. How many people are not getting properties and are applying for pre-approval. There's a few extremes that probably move us away from the rule and I'll explain what our rule is at Finex. I would say at an extreme case would be I've had one customer that we've done say three or four approvals for pre-approvals I should say over the last four years. Real shame
unfortunately because we did let's say their first one back in 20121. Look, if I'm honest, they were too picky. Didn't want to commit this, this, and this. Anyway, here we are four years later. They've spent four years worth of rent. So, there goes 100 grand.
