It can be really expensive to sell your home. How can I get around this? I would say try and look at it as an investment and not an expense. Obviously, the more money you can put into the home, the more you'll reap the rewards of when you sell. The second thing is there are a number of different ways that you can pay for your marketing and possibly staging as well. There are companies that a lot of the agencies will use where you can actually defer those costs to settlement.
