So, I'd like to upsize my house. How can I do that the best way? So, my preference and out of our four ways that we help people buy and sell a property is with the falsehold strategy. So, it's a situation where you're trying to buy your first one. You don't really want to keep both properties, but sometimes you don't want to sell first or buy later or buy first and sell later. You want to just be able to move into that second property, then get your existing property ready for sale and then sell.
So, we put up the strategy where you're going to keep your existing property as an investment. So, we use that proposed rental income to help leverage what you can borrow to give you the affordability to have both properties for a short period of time. Then, when you move into your new home, you can get your existing one staged, sell it in due time, usually get a better price because you're not rushed or any other time frames that need to align. And then once it's sold,
you use that capital to pay down your new mortgage, and you end up in the position that you wanted to be without any stress of coinciding contracts, extra bridging finance, interest rates. It's a much smoother process if you're able to do
