cases wants a myriad of different things it can be a long settlement they may not have bought a property and want time so as the buyer we'll offer them a long settlement a seller may want to rent back because they haven't bought anything if that's the case we'll offer them that opportunity all of these different conditions which the buyer negotiates and has an understanding of what the seller wants gives the buyer the benefit when it comes to negotiating a contract to buy property a buyers
agent is your best bet because you want to make sure that you've got the best representation from the very start of the transaction
